FPC Mounter using a Common Carrier System

The MS-04 is a semi-auto FPC mounter with automatic alignment. It is capable of placing multiple FPCs in an XY array within the work area after the carrier or substrate is loaded by the operator. The MS-04, uses a common carrier to improve throughput and reduce cost. FPCs are loaded on to a 250 x 400mm size tray and the substrate(s) is/are loaded by carrier for high productivity. By placing multiple work pieces on a single carrier, we obtain high opertor and machine productivity. By using manual load and unload, and automatic operation for everything else, we get low-cost & high precision.
