Anisotropic Conductive Film (ACF) assembly equipment is one area where Ito Group truly excels. Equipment that we have installed and support for our customers is responsible for helping making over 200,000,000 mobile phones per year, as well countless other electronic devices.
We offer equipment manufactured by Ohashi Engineering, a Japanese company with thousands of machines installed worldwide and twenty years of experience manufacturing ACF equipment. We also offer units of our own design, manufactured in Vietnam to our specifications. The two lines are designed to complement each other, with the Ito lines starting at the lower end of manufacturing requirements and Ohashi taking over for applications requiring more precision or higher volume. Which you choose will largely depend on what you want to do. |
