Sales comes last in our list, but not because it is the least important. Sales are simply the end result of us doing Engineering and Services correctly, so they naturally follow the first two steps.
Ito Group looks at Sales as the end product of everything else we do. This matches our belief that for every sale we have to make two customers happy — The one that purchased from us, and the one that made the product in the first place. It means that we must know not just what a product’s specifications are, but how to use it most effectively. This in turn drives many internal processes within Ito that build skills, experience, and critical analytical thinking among our salespeople.
